RETURN POLICY

Before returning a product, it is necessary to contact the customer service department of Laboratoires Dermagen.

According to the legislation, the return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of product receipt, provides that return conditions are met.

If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, we undertake its immediate replacement without any additional cost to the customer, once notified either by phone at +357 99 092 818 or by email info@labdermagen.com.

In the case of product use or alteration of its original packaging, returns will not be accepted. Therefore, we recommend sending the product in suitable packaging.

If the package arrives and it is proven that the return conditions are met, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For customer- initiated returns, all the above conditions apply.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

In case of a refund, please provide your bank account details, or we will credit your credit card (depending on the payment method).

After verification by the relevant department and meeting the return conditions, we proceed with the replacement or money refund.

In any case, for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the order receipt.
